Honest MyDawa app reviews by users. The MyDawa app enables Kenyans to order medicine online. The creators of the app say this helps customers to not waste time looking for particular medicine from chemist to chemist.

How MyDawa app works

Just like other online shopping platforms, MYDAWA requires you to create an account and fill the following personal information in the customer information form:

  1. Your name
  2. Gender
  3. Email address
  4. Account password
  5. Mobile phone number
  6. Date of birth

A one-time password or code is sent to your mobile number. You will have to enter the code sent for you to complete your registration.

Once one has registered an account, you can now order any product from the MyDawa app which is downloadable from Google Play Store, or from the website.

Ordering products

The MyDawa online shop offers prescription medicine as well as other health, beauty and wellness products. When logged in from your account, you can order any of the products. If it is prescription medicine, you can either search for it directly by typing, attaching a photo of the prescription, or scanning the prescription packet.

Add all the products you have selected to your cart. Once satisfied, pay via the MyDawa MPESA Paybill 770700 and check out. You can also use Bonga Points, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard, Umba Pay or your health insurance.

Delivery

The app say that they deliver at any point of your convenience within 4 hours. You are the one who selects delivery point as they can deliver anywhere and at any time according to information on their website. 4 hours might seem a long time though if your medicine is for an emergency.

Some MyDawa app reviews also show some customers being told there is no delivery point for selected locations. You therefore have to verify to make sure your location has a delivery point.

MyDawa used to do free deliveries but that changed with time. Some customers are also frustrated with delays in deliveries sometimes.

The online platform also offers customers authentication services where one can enter the unique code of a product and send it to 70077 to verify whether it is a genuine product.

Limitations of purchase on MyDawa app

MYDAWA only allows purchases for the use of the customer and not for resale. It may also cancel your transaction if they deem it necessary to do so.

Recent MyDawa app reviews show that an update has compromised the efficiency of the app. There is increased frustration with filling in personal information, login, downloading info, and even searches for products. All these used to work well before the update, so probably it wasn’t tested well before rolling it out. The frustrations after the update account for a majority of the negative reviews pushing it to 2.7 stars rating on Google Play.

Please leave your MyDawa app reviews below from your experience to help others and the company make better decisions.

SkyGarden reviews by consumers

Find honest SkyGarden reviews by consumers who have used the platform. SkyGarden prides itself as the merchant app and online shopping platform for small businesses.

According to the company, many of the small businesses running in informal marketplaces lack sophisticated eCommerce platforms. SkyGarden therefore offers a solution to these businesses and individuals. This is because ecommerce in Kenya currently caters exclusively to the top tiers of the economic pyramid.

With the growth of ecommerce, many merchants resort to doing away with physical stores. They instead use social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to reach clients. However, they experience inventory tracking and delivery problems. This is the gap SkyGarden fills.

SkyGarden is one of the youngest entrants in the online shopping sphere. It is currently limited to Kenya. It however has plans to expand across the borders.

You will find all manner of products on SkyGarden such as mobile phones, computers and other electronics, fashion, art pieces, appliances, among other items. With its philosophy of ‘an ecommerce platform built for African businesses’, the app caters to almost anyone who owns a small business.

Have you done some online shopping on the platform before? The SkyGarden reviews you leave here will help other consumers as well as the platform in providing even better services.

Honest Jiji Kenya reviews by consumers who have used the platform. Jiji prides itself as the biggest ‘the biggest free online classified with an advanced security system.’ Its aim is to provide a simple hassle-free solution to sell and buy almost anything.

Anyone can register on Jiji using their Facebook accounts, email address or phone number. You then create an account from where you can post pictures of what you are selling.

Jiji business model is where you do not have to own a business but only have something to sell. It could be your sofa set, the microwave you are no longer using, the car you want to get rid of. As long as you have a photo of the thing you are selling, Jiji will give you the platform to reach your buyers.

For its own credibility, Jiji also allows businesses that sell new items and are verifiable. Sellers do their own delivery. However, this has not helped it get rid of scammers, a problem for most second-hand online shopping platforms.
